Every item is handmade and custom embroidered just for you. I encourage all to look over the order that you are submitting to make sure all spelling is correct and wedding date is correct. If I were to make a mistake on your order please reach out to me and I will gladly remake and ship you a new item. This being said I do not offer refunds or exchanges and any of my custom items.
